Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns with a valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded to the original method of payment, except as set forth by the following:
No Returns Without Proof of Purchase Does not accept returns without a valid proof of purchase. We can attempt to validate your purchase using the following methods: physical or electronic receipt, order number, payment card or digital wallet, phone number, Pro Rewards Account or MyLowe’s Rewards Account. Visit your order history to initiate a return.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final and no returns are allowed, except for permitted returns. Items sold may be cosmetically damaged or previously returned. Please inspect your item carefully before purchasing. Purchased items eligible for return may only be returned to the store; they may not be returned to regular retail or other stores. To obtain a refund or in-store credit, you must show valid proof of purchase and proof of permitted return.
